The CorTemp is a wireless system for measuring internal core body temperature. This sensor differs to other heat stress monitors because it is non-invasive and able to identify hypothermia before it sets in.

Originally, the CorTemp sensor was used in astronauts to detect and measure hypothermic conditions and hyperthermic conditions during space flight.

Today the CorTemp sensor has a range of valued commercial applications, placing it ahead of other heat stress monitors when it comes to monitoring heat stress and/or core body temperature in medicine, health, occupational safety, agriculture, industry, sport and the military.
