Whether using the AirChek 2000 air sampling pump manually or connected to a PC, it's the easiest pump to operate. The versatile AirChek 2000 can be used for high flow sampling up to 3250 ml/min or for flow rates down to 5 ml/min with an easy-to-use low flow adapter kit.

The AirChek 2000 air sampling pump is ideal for industrial hygiene studies (including personal and area sampling), environmental testing, occupational health sampling and indoor air quality investigations. The AirChek 2000 air sampling pump is typically used with collecting devices such as:
Sorbent sample tubes and Long-duration detector tubes for collecting most hazardous chemical gases and vapors from the air
Cyclones for collecting respirable dust
IOM samplers for collecting inhalable dust
Filters for collecting total dust, asbestos, or chemical hazards
Tedlar sample bags for collecting airborne chemical hazards
Impingers for collecting reactive chemicals into liquids



Advanced Electronic Flow Control

The AirChek 2000 air sampling pump with its patented internal isothermal flow sensor (patent 585,892,160) brings advanced electronic flow control to air sampling. This new air sampling technology allows the user to program the desired flow rate into the sample pump with an accuracy of  5% using the keypad or the optional DataTrac  2000 software. The internal isothermal flow sensor measures flow directly and acts as a secondary standard; once calibrated against an external primary standard, the flow sensor constantly maintains the flow rate. Built-in sensors automatically correct the flow rate for variations in temperature and pressure.

Wide sample pump flow range

Adjustable flow fault shutdown from 5 seconds to 4 minutes when used with a PC and DataTrac 2000 Software.
Auto-restart from flow fault attempted every 5 minutes for a maximum of 10 times (can be disabled with DataTrac 2000 software).
Run-time data stored in memory.



Easy Sample Pump Operation

Easy manual programming
Set flow rate and run-time without screwdrivers. Simply use the 3-button keypad to control the AirChek 2000 air sampling pump manually. A convenient timed shutdown feature allows you to program the AirChek 2000 air sampler to run for a set time from 1 to 999 minutes; this is useful for STELs or repetitive sample runs.



Large easy-to-read LCD

The large easy-to-read LCD displays a direct readout of :

air temperature
atmospheric pressure
battery status
time-of-day
flow fault
 
Data is continuously updated and can be displayed during air sampling by simply pressing a single button on the pump. The LCD shows a battery status icon constantly and a flashing flow fault icon during restricted or blocked flow. The flashing LED on the top of the sample pump indicates that the pump is running.

Direct Communication to a Primary Standard
Calibrate the Airchek 2000 pump to the desired flow using the CalChek Communicator and a DC-Lite calibrator; no manual adjustment needed!
The CalChek automatic calibration feature is available when calibrating an Airchek 2000 pump (version 2.59 or higher) with a DC-Lite calibrator model 717-01 (10 ml/min to 12 L/min). A CalChek Communicator smart adapter is required for communication between the pump and the calibrator. Optional DataTrac 2000 software (version 3.59 or higher) can be used to expand the documentation capabilities of this system.
Fast, Easy, and Accurate Calibration
CalChek allows automatic field calibration and reduces the need for frequent factory calibration.
Flexible Calibration System
CalChek provides two calibration options:
Single Point Calibration  quickly verifies flow at a single point before and after sampling for accuracy.

Multiple Point Calibration  corrects across a range of flows (750 to 3250 ml/min) in just minutes for maintenance and quality programs.
